The six areas and what each answers
Insurance answers what happens if a third party is injured or property is damaged. Screening answers whether unsupervised access is acceptable. Safety documentation answers what hazards the work brings and encounters and how they are controlled. Induction and access answer who has been briefed on this building and what they hold. Service records answer what was actually done. Review answers whether any of it is still current.
Framing the file this way rather than as a document list has a practical benefit: it shows immediately which questions a site cannot answer. A file with excellent insurance and screening but no service records cannot say what was done last quarter. A file with detailed reporting but no review has an insurance certificate that expired in March. The gaps become obvious once the questions are named.
